18 Steps to Victory

We are training you to be your own lawyer.

Good lawyers are successful because they are prepared:

👉 They pay attention. 

👉 They take notes. 

👉 They follow instructions. 

Be your own excellent lawyer!!!

👉 Good lawyers know their case. 

◻️ Memorize your case number, opposing counsel’s name. 

◻️ Know the reason you are being evicted (see the notice attached to the complaint).

👉 Good lawyers know their defenses by reading the Answer.

◻️ Watch video 2E and think about what evidence and witnesses you need to prove your defenses. 

👉 Good lawyers know the facts of their case.

◻️ If you are able to, write out a statement of what you want the jury to know about your case. 

👉 Success comes down to which side is better prepared.
