- Standby for Intake: You arrive no earlier than 8:45AM and no later than 9AM. When the office Applicant/Litigant arrives at 8:45AM-9AM. They scan into the sign in sheet using the QR Code and wait to be called. No later than 10AM tell them whether there were enough no-shows to give the applicant a slot. If there were not, applicant can return at 12:45 pm to try again. Encourage them to do the on-line intake and PIP while they wait. They can return daily at 8:45AM and 12:45PM until they get in.
- Standby for Step 10 or Step 15: Suspended until April 28. This is the protocol. a. Paralegals will make sure that all of their Intakes have had a jurisdictional analysis and if the answer needs to be amended and it is not too late to amend that it is amended. They will then produce and put in the GD and in the notebook substantive instructions and a verdict form (Intake Part 2. Cesar B. will review those Answers. Pam/Jabari/Andrea/Evan/June will review the substantive instructions and verdict forms when they do their Step 10 review. b. Law Clerks will perfect witness and exhibit lists including sure CPRA is done and in the notebook and making sure subpoenas are issued. Pam/Jabari/Andrea/Evan/June will review this work. c. Law clerks will do the merger of the notebooks. Abe/Jabari/Andrea/Evan/June will review this work. Please fill in your appointment slots. Please keep your appointments. If we can't fit the student into an appointment by the due date, they will use videos and classes to do the work. Because they are being encouraged to do this, the Step 10s and 15s should be easier to do.
