Step 8: Your Trial & Exhibit Binder
Your binder is your key tool in trial preparation.
If you get an intake appointment, we will ask you to purchase a binder with all the necessary tabs and inserts, so we can help you assemble a Trial Binder.

- Full binder with tabs and inserts: $35.
- Only inserts (if using your own binder): $30.
- Tabs 1–10:
- Used to organize court-required documents, including:

- Exhibit List
- Jury Instructions

We will also provide you with forms to prepare a Settlement agreement, also referred to as a “stipulation” or “stip.”

We also provide an evidence cover sheet for you to share your evidence with the other side and file proof with the court.

Proving Your Case Guide in your binder and online. - Do NOT use plastic dividers, staples, or sticky notes in your binder
