Step 8: Your Trial & Exhibit Binder

Your binder is your key tool in trial preparation.

If you get an intake appointment, we will ask you to purchase a binder with all the necessary tabs and inserts, so we can help you assemble a Trial Binder.

  • Binder Cost:
    • Full binder with tabs and inserts: $35.
    • Only inserts (if using your own binder): $30.
  • Tabs 1–10:
    • Used to organize court-required documents, including:
      • Statement of the Case
      • Witness List
      • Exhibit List
      • Jury Instructions
      • Verdict Form

We will also provide you with forms to prepare a Settlement agreement, also referred to as a “stipulation” or “stip.”

  • Tabs 101–125:
    • Used to organize your exhibits

We also provide an evidence cover sheet for you to share your evidence with the other side and file proof with the court.
