This program was founded in 2023, and over the past three years, we have seen success in 96–98% of cases.

Success means achieving the best possible outcome based on the strength of your case. That could mean saving your home or negotiating a move-out agreement that gives you the time to make a safe transition.

In Fiscal Year 2024–25, we were able to step into the trials of 95% of tenants who completed Step 10, achieving a 96% success rate.
